Questions
Does it work with my Whatnot account?
Yes. Settings > Whatnot connection takes a token from Whatnot's seller tools; orders arrive within seconds of the hammer, and shipping labels pull in by themselves. eBay Live and TikTok Shop connect the same way; Palmstreet imports the export after the show.
My stock is in a spreadsheet.
Inventory > Load stock takes any CSV or Excel file, works out the metal, purity and weight from the names, looks up slab certs, and prints the tags. On Pro and Dealer we do it with you on the setup call.
What printer do I need?
Any thermal printer QZ Tray talks to — Zebra, Dymo, Rollo, Arkscan, Jadens. The first setup prints a DRY RUN tag to prove it.
Who can see what?
Roles per person: owner, manager, shipper, viewer, accountant. A shipper packs boxes and never sees cost or profit.
Whose data is it?
Yours, on your own private database — nobody's money shares a table with anybody else's. Nightly backups; Export everything is one button; cancel and take it with you.
I'm on WinTagz or Hot-Label today — how do I switch?
Keep it through your first show on Vaultman. The sold tags print from the same printer, the same size, with your logo; the packing slips carry your thank-you line and your handles. After that night you cancel one of them, and it won't be ours. Your buyers come across with the first Whatnot sync; your stock comes in from a spreadsheet; show goals, buyer callouts and the pace are on the live screen from the first show.
Can I change plans?
Any time, up or down; everything you have comes along. Yearly plans are ten months for twelve.
For collectors: where do the values come from?
Melt is your fine ounces at the live spot price. The guide value is the CPG Price from CDN Publishing's Greysheet, shown by grade on graded pieces with a link to the source (Vault and up). The market line is what the same piece is listed at on eBay today.
For collectors: what happens when I sell?
You pick the pieces; the app prices them; under $2,500 the offer is firm at once, above it Dan confirms within a business day; you accept in the app; we send an insured label or you drop off in Dallas; you are paid by Zelle (under $2,500) or wire the day the package is checked on camera.
For collectors: is my collection private?
Yes: your pieces live under your own login on a database no dealer or other collector can read, and nothing leaves your account until you press Sell — and then only the pieces you picked.
