Refunds

Short, because the rule is short.

The trial

Nothing is charged during the 14-day trial. Cancel before it ends and nothing is charged at all.

Monthly plans

Cancel any time; the app runs to the end of the month you paid for. A month already begun is not refunded.

Yearly plans

A yearly plan cancelled within 30 days of its charge is refunded for the unused months, prorated by the month. After 30 days the plan runs to the end of its year.

A charge that should not have happened

If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, write to support@vaultman.com and it is refunded in full. Refunds go back to the card through Stripe, usually within five to ten business days.
